We may also sell your information to third party business entities when we believe they may have products and/or services of interest to you. From time to time, we may also disclose information to fulfill certain legal and regulatory requirements or if we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect others’ rights or to prevent harm. Our collection and use of your data is in full compliance with the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act, A.R.S. § 44-1521, et. seq.

Disclosures to law enforcement or to meet other legal requirements may still be required. If you would like to stop receiving calls from any particular marketer, simply ask the marketer not to call again and that marketer will add you to their internal Do-Not-Call list, which request will become effective no later than 30 days after you make such a request.
